My name is Francielle, I’m a nutritionist, former chef who enjoy a healthy eating. As a mother, a wife and a nutrition practitioner, I’m deeply passionate about great quality food and a strong advocate of the benefits of a well-balanced lifestyle for the whole family.
Born and raised in Brazil, I have a Bachelor degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná, where I learned different aspects of nutrition and its impact on the human body. This academic experience deeply nurtured my knowledge in nutrition and even reinforced my passion for healthy dieting, underpinning my career as a nutritionist professional.
I took part in several nutrition-focused projects, including school meals, clinical nutrition and catering services management, and tutored technical courses in Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2005, I worked as a volunteer in the “Comunidade Escola” (School Community, in English), a weekly programme initiative promoted by the City Hall of Curitiba (metropolitan city in South region of Brazil) which offered free access to social and educational activities for local community. There, I managed the workshop on Nutritional Education to guide families on healthy eating habits and balanced nutritional care.
After three years’ experience in Brazil, I’ve had a fantastic opportunity to move to London in 2006 and acquire new skills, learn different cultures (and cuisines!) and make great friends. In London – where I live now with my daughter and husband, I’ve worked in catering industry as a chef, which boosted even more my curiosity and love for cooking and quality food.
With experience in nutrition, I’m an UKVRN associate nutritionist ready to help you in changing your eating habits!
Healthy food can be both delicious and simple to make!
Hope to meet you soon!
